Refund and Returns

No Shipping Costs: We do not charge any shipping costs. If you are responsible for return shipping charges, it’s still a great deal.
No Questions Asked: If you feel your product isn’t worth what you paid, simply return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
Defective Products: If your product has a defect, take a photo of the issue and send it to us. Hold onto the product until your replacement arrives.
Exceptions: Our return and refund policy does not apply if you received the wrong size or a custom size.
International Customers – Custom Duty: If you refuse to pay customs duty in your country, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price.
International Customers – Delivery Issues: If you are unavailable or cannot be contacted by the courier for 3 days, you may incur a $50 fee or receive a 50% refund upon return of the jacket.
